Rulerr was created to provide organizations, executives, managers, staff and security professionals the ability to view and manage "who has access to what". Rulerr then monitors usage behaviours in real time to help everyone in the organization manage security risks before they become a problem.

Getting Started

Getting started with Rulerr is very easy, just go to your Dashboard

Configuring Rulerr

If you have just signed up to Rulerr, configuring Rulerr is a simple process, put plainly - Access to Products is given to People, so to get started you need to:

  1. Add your People
  2. Add your Products
  3. Add Access privileges for each product

Once you have done the above, Rulerr will retrieve "who has access to what". Depending on the Product, Rulerr Analytics will start analysing your People's behaviour so that it is able to create a risk profile for each person in your organization. During this time, Rulerr Analytics is in learning mode.

Optional things you may wish to do:

  1. Create groups of People, e.g. Departments, Roles etc.
  2. Learn about Audit Log
  3. Learn about Analytics
  4. Learn about integrating with Rulerr
  5. Learn about Roles and how they make access privileges easier to understand and manage


Rulerr does not store passwords or authentication details for People to external products.
