Overview

Audit Log is a searchable, ummutable, easy to understand record of everything that has happened in Rulerr. Audit Log allows you view and search all prior actions or changes to see what happened.

Audit Log creates real time reports on everything that has happened in all of the products that you have added to Rulerr (integrated or manual).

You will only see the Audit Log page if you are a Monarch, in the Risk Role, an Auditor or a Product Expert

If you are a Monarch or an Auditor you will see Audit Log information for all products. If you are a Product Expert, you will only see Audit Log information for the products you are a Product Expert of.

Each Audit Log record contains an explanation of what the entry means, all the technical information relating to that record and links to related Audit Log records. When you go to the Audit log page, it will look like this:

The Audit Log page has two modes, Events and Analytics, which can be accessed using the yellow/gold dropdown/button on the top right hand side of the page.


Searching

To search Audit Log records to find records with similar details:

  1. click Audit Log at the top of Rulerr
  2. in the search bar type the product name, person or other details you wish to search for

Rulerr will start searching as soon as you start typing.


Filtering

You can filter Audit Log records using the following steps:

  1. click Audit Log at the top of Rulerr
  2. click on the Filter icon at the top of each column and select the options you would like to see.


Exporting

You can export Audit Log entries from Rulerr using the following steps:

  1. click Audit Log at the top of Rulerr
  2. click the export button
  3. save the export file to your computer

You will now have a csv on your computer with all the audit log entries and their details. If you have filtered or searched the Audit Log records, only those records will be exported.
